Jessie and Jurrat got married in the woodland at their family home – with all three family dogs in attendance!
They had the ceremony in the woods, with saris hanging from the trees. The weather was touch and go right up until the ceremony – there had been a thunderstorm that morning! But it was all dry for the wedding – phew!
They had a reception on the lawn, with a massive tipi for dinner, which was Bangladeshi food, which was delicious, and after being fed copious amounts I thought I wouldn’t need to eat for another week!
They had a surprise brass band in the evening, and did their first dance with their dog Jax.
The evening ended (well, for us anyway) with tacos and shots – probably a good time to leave everyone to it!!
