Fabrica wedding venue Brighton
Fabrica in Brighton is one of my favourite wedding venues in Brighton to shoot at – it’s right in the middle of town so you can wander around easily for photos, it’s light and bright and everything is in one big room, which is really important to my couples. It’s close enough to the seafront that you can pop down for some photos, and also near my favourite alleyway in Brighton, with fig trees tumbling over the walls and ivy running down the wall.
What is Fabrica?
Fabrica is a former regency church in the middle of Brighton, and is mainly used as an art space, but they also hold weddings there.
Details
Fabrica’s wedding package is based on a three-day hire: Friday for set up, Saturday for the party and Monday for the Big Cleanup (boo). They also have a fully stocked pay bar which you can add to (there is a corkage fee though).
It isn’t registered for ceremonies, but you can easily have your legal bit at Brighton Town Hall, and hold the party at Fabrica. It’s a total blank canvas, and is perfect for decorating to the rafters (literally!). The venue is fully licensed (booze yeah!) and can hold up to 130 people, and you can bring in your own caterers.
Capacity: 130 standing/seated at tables. 110 seated theatre-style. Alcohol licence: Until 12am. Music licence: Bands and DJs.
Available for weddings in December-March and June or September.
Pricing £2950 for 3 days.
Looking for more Brighton wedding venues?
There are a few more Brighton wedding venues I love (listed here!) but this is one of my faves. I also love Iford Village Hall (ok not technically in Brighton), Oh So Social (free and right on the beach) and Secret Barn (also not in Brighton as such, but so good it’s worth a mention!)
Below are some photos of Fabrica so you can see how the venue looks when it’s decorated, plus you can see a cat themed Fabrica wedding here and Skins actress April Pearson’s Fabrica wedding here!
