I'll be honest: the first time I shot a wedding at Brighton Music Hall I had a proper moment. It's one of those venues that makes you stop in your tracks. Grade II listed, enormous, full of architectural drama, and flooded with incredible natural light. It's stunning.
Brighton Music Hall is one of the most photographically interesting wedding venues in the whole of Sussex. The high ceilings give everything scale. The original architectural details give every shot depth and texture. The light - especially on a clear day - is extraordinary.
And then you put a couple and their favourite people in it, and it really comes alive. Big rooms with big personalities make for big, bold, brilliant wedding photography.
What the photography looks like here
For portraits, the building itself has so many incredible details to work with. And being right in the centre of Brighton means we've got The Lanes, the seafront, the Pavilion gardens - loads of brilliant options for a quick portrait session if you want to venture outside.
