Alex and Darren's wedding at the Matara Centre was full of colour, from the bold suits and flowers to tables covered in plants and patterned cloths. And their dog Mylo joined us for portraits in the dandelion field, which made my whole day!
It was a scorching hot day and we were all dripping with sweat! I had to move a disco ball during the ceremony because it was reflecting a million little dots of light onto everyone's faces, which isn't great for photos. Their rescue dog Mylo was there too, and we did a whole photoshoot with him in the dandelion field.
Gorgeous rooms and colourful details
The Matara Centre is full of beautiful spaces, and the dinner room under the glass dome was gorgeous. Add Alex and Darren's colourful tables, plants, fans and flowers and there was something to photograph everywhere I looked!

A ceremony in the gardens
The Matara Centre, near Tetbury, has beautiful gardens, a woodland and a lovely veranda, so there are loads of spots for photos. They said their vows surrounded by friends, then came a big confetti exit in front of the house.

Woodland, meadows and a golden sunset
We wandered through the woods and out into the fields for portraits, then sneaked off again at sunset for golden hour in the fields. Total magic.

The party
Dinner in the colourful reception room, then dancing until late.

Getting married at the Matara Centre? I'd love to hear about your plans! Have a look at my prices (Sun-Thurs weddings are cheaper), see the Uncut package if you'd love every single photo, or check your date with me.
Cheers,
Anna
